Review Comment:
**[Medium] Unconditional StackWalker on every enabled log call.**
The removed `hasReportCapture()` guard was there for a documented reason —
the deleted comment explicitly said _"Only pay the StackWalker cost when
someone is actually capturing metadata"_. Now `withMetadata()` pays the ~1-5μs
StackWalker cost on every INFO/WARN/ERROR call regardless of whether build
report capture is active.
For plugins that emit thousands of lines (e.g., a large compilation), this
is a measurable per-call regression in normal builds where no report is being
captured. Restoring the guard requires keeping `hasReportCapture()` in
`ProjectBuildLogAppender`.
```suggestion
String callerMethodName = null;
if (ProjectBuildLogAppender.hasReportCapture()) {
callerMethodName = WALKER.walk(frames -> frames.dropWhile(f ->
THIS_CLASS.equals(f.getClassName()))
.findFirst()
.map(StackFrame::getMethodName)
.orElse(null));
}
LOG_API_METADATA.set(new LogApiMetadata(
logger.getName(), callerMethodName,
Thread.currentThread().getId()));
```

Review Comment:
**[Low] Dead `hasMore` parameter.**
`@SuppressWarnings("unused")` on a parameter you control is a code smell —
it means the API is wrong, not that the suppression is justified. The parameter
is never read; the method always appends a trailing comma. Every call site
passes `true` hardcoded.
Remove the parameter and update all three call sites (`executionId`, `phase`
in `writeMojo`; `mojo`, `exceptionType` in `writeFailure`).
