+ * Maximum number of log events captured per scope (mojo, module, or

Review Comment:
**[Medium, RERAISED] Javadoc says "truncation notice is appended" but none
is ever appended.**

Line 95: *"Beyond this, events are dropped and a truncation notice is
appended."*

But (lines 289, 299, 306) simply skips events beyond the limit with no
branch — no synthetic saying "... N events truncated" is ever added to any
buffer.

This was raised in every prior review and remains unaddressed in the squash.
Fix either by:
   1. Appending a sentinel (e.g. WARN level, message ) when the limit is first
crossed, or
   2. Fixing the Javadoc to say "events are silently dropped" (simple, honest).

Review Comment:
**[Low, RERAISED] Dead `hasMore` parameter with
`@SuppressWarnings("unused")`.**

The `boolean hasMore` parameter is never read inside the method body — the
method unconditionally appends ",\n" regardless of its value. All call sites
pass `true` hardcoded. The `@SuppressWarnings("unused")` on a parameter you
control means the API is wrong, not that the suppression is justified.

This was raised in three prior reviews and remains unaddressed in the
squash. Remove the parameter and update all call sites.
