get, copy, unpack and list-classes now also accept `g:a:type[:classifier]:version[:scope]`, the form Maven and `dependency:list` print, next to the existing `g:a:version[:packaging[:classifier]]`. The form is decided by where a version-looking token sits (a leading digit, LATEST, RELEASE or a range); anything else stays on the existing form, and strings that fit both are rejected as ambiguous. Fixes #972, fixes #1245. For review: MDEP-533 asked for dev@ agreement on accepted input formats.
