I see, I think we should be alright for now then.
If we were to create a really dynamic extension loading, where a new extension
can be loaded into the agent at runtime, and that extension's
ObjectFactoryInitializer would init OpenSSL, and at the same time an another
thread were to create the first TLSSocket, we would have a problem, but as far
as I see this is not something that can currently happen.
