We have volunteers for Serbian (sr) who should work on the 4.0 strings, not
uploaded to Pootle yet (still 3.4.1):
https://translate.apache.org/sr/
It seems Serbian 3.4.1 is untouched, so it seems that it is enough to
regenerate strings for 4.0 directly.
