Hello Kay,

This is a misunderstanding: the attached odt document does not open fine for
you when it is displayed as coded XML in ASCII. 
Instead you should see the png screenshot I just attached.

I opened the attached odt document in LibreOffice and made the screenshot.

The attached odt document is in single OpenDocument Text format.
Chapter 3.1.2 of the OpenDocument specification defines the single OpenDocument
Text format.
Chapter 3.1.3 of the OpenDocument specification defines the zip archive format.
