The entire profile folder is rather large, so let's work in small parts. In your old, renamed user folio, there is a file named registrymodifications.xcu. Rename that one to something like original-registrymodifications.xcu If you can, put that and the one in your new profile together in a Zip and upload the Zip. After that is examined, we'll see what else needs to be looked into. Hold onto the old profile. We may need to dig into some of the folder there later.
