The shortcut keys to move paragraphs on screen do not work, even though they
are mapped in the keyboard configuration by default. Also, the directives "move
up" and "move down" are also used to describe moving the cursor up or down, but
those are supposed to be different functions.
To reproduce:
Select text
Press Ctrl+Alt+UpArrow or Ctrl+Alt+DownArrown. The paragraph is supposed to
move up or down but does not.
Check Tools | Configuration and the keyboard mappings to confirm these are, in
fact, mapped.
