@rabbah Yea I believe that's what we discussed, but I made it so the store level config is required to have. I updated it such that the deprecated config is only used if it is set to true and the new blocking config has not been changed from the default value which is `STORE_ALWAYS` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
