## What changes were proposed in this pull request? In this change I added a new endpoint, called OMSyncEndpoint which can be used to trigger a sync between Recon and OM. With the sync we are updating Recon's OM snapshot DB, that's why I made changes inside OzoneManagerServiceProvider how we handle the sync. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-7146 ## How was this patch tested?
