Review Comment:
   `mManager.getBucketKey(volume, bucket)` can never return null.
   `mManager.getBucketTable().get(bucketTableKey)` should not return null once 
we implement proper locking logic in the snapshot code. For now, it is 
theoretically possible to get a null pointer exception here.
