Is this expected to work with Ranger ACLs, or only native ACLs? I'm not sure if
our Ranger integration supports object owner.
- There is no testing of compatibility with ACLs, but this PR only supports
owner persistence, it does not change the logic of ACLs, and if the current
Ozone supports owner ACLs for Objects this PR should have no effect on that.
