Thanks @sundapeng! Updated in 62721920a: 1. Added `oss2>=2.18,<3` to `dev/requirements-dev.txt` and the CI install step shared by the Python test matrix. This makes the test dependency explicit while keeping the SDK optional for users. 2. Cached the versioning decision per `OssFileIO`, including the query-denied fallback, so subsequent writes reuse it without repeating the query or warning. Other query errors remain uncached and retryable. The cache assumes bucket versioning and query permissions stay stable for the FileIO lifetime; the README now asks users to recreate it after changes. We intentionally allow duplicate queries/warnings during concurrent first calls instead of adding a lock. This avoids lock lifecycle code and extra `__getstate__`/`__setstate__` hooks: the scalar cache uses the parent's existing pickle support. OSS conditional PUT provides the write atomicity on supported buckets. All 21 OSS protocol tests passed locally.
