## Summary - Add native Format Table append and overwrite writes for Parquet and Row files. Partition values go in directory paths; data files contain only non-partition columns. Writers roll by row count or file size and stage files until commit. - Publish without Paimon snapshots, matching Java `FormatTableWrite`, `FormatTableFileWriter`, and `FormatTableCommit`. Handle dynamic and static partition overwrite, REST-managed partition registration and statistics, custom-location rejection, and abort cleanup. - Copy staged files in bounded chunks when a storage backend does not support rename. ## Scope Avro, ORC, and Mosaic Format Tables remain readable; native writers for those formats are rejected before creating files. Row-level UPDATE, DELETE, and MERGE remain unsupported for Format Tables. ## Verification - `cargo test -p paimon --lib --quiet`: 3163 passed, 6 ignored - `cargo test -p paimon-datafusion --test rest_format_table_dml --quiet`: 6 passed - `cargo clippy -p paimon --lib -- -D warnings` - `cargo fmt --all -- --check` - `git diff --check` The PR adds 2005 lines and removes 6 lines across 11 files. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
