`SchemaChange` modeled every Java variant except `dropPrimaryKey` and `updateColumnDefaultValue`. A column default is already readable and settable at create time (`DataField.default_value`), but there was no way to change it on an existing table: the catalog alter path takes `Vec<SchemaChange>` and none could express it, while Java supports `SchemaChange.updateColumnDefaultValue`. This adds the variant (Java-compatible wire form `action=updateColumnDefaultValue` with `fieldNames` / `newDefaultValue`), its factory methods, and the `apply_changes` arm. The arm records the new default on the field as a string — cast where it is consumed (the read path), the same as a create-time default — mirroring Java `SchemaManager`. Tests: round-trip of the new wire form, and an `apply_changes` test asserting the default is updated on the named column, other fields untouched, and an unknown column rejected. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
