Sorry for the long hiatus [~elserj]. I attached a v2 patch with your suggested
changes. Also added a QueryServerTestUtil class to avoid additional
setup/teardown duplication in tests. The KDC stuff can probably be consolidated
as well, and existing tests re-written to use the new class in a follow up JIRA.
