    @ChinmaySKulkarni  I don't think we will ALTER TABLE UPDATE_CACHE_FREQUENCY 
during SYSTEM.CATALOG upgrade. What will currently happen if we do run this 
statement during the upgrade?
    The index on view behavior that you describe sounds correct to me.
