The last two patches (PHOENIX-4764.master.0003.patch and
PHOENIX-4764.4.x-HBase-1.4.0004.patch) are to fix the failures on tests
MigrateSystemTablesToSystemNamespaceIT, SystemCatalogCreationOnConnectionIT,
and PhoenixMetricsIT. [~ckulkarni], [~karanmehta93], and [~tdsilva], Thank you
for the help to fix failures on these tests.
