Test failures in 4.14 are from known broken tests – SaltedIndexIT is a known
flapper and IndexScrutinyToolIT fails with or without my patch. (It passes in
4.15 – the difference seems to be PHOENIX-5456, which is in 4.15 but not 4.14.)
No tests failed in 4.15 – looks like the maven process just got killed for some
reason.
