Thanks [~szetszwo] for checking. CI has a {{repro}}
[check|https://github.com/apache/ratis/blob/ad1456ecad4711fde0e033f91a9450646c51d5f1/dev-support/checks/repro.sh#L30]
to test reproducibility, it uses the same command that I shared (the one with
{{artifact:compare}}), except it uses the Maven repo created by {{build}} check
instead of Apache staging repo.
