TODO items: * deprecate ADDROLE and REMOVEROLE commands * throw exception when a node containing cores is started without a data role * the /api/cluster/roles should also list nodes that didn't have -Dsolr.node.roles (they are assumed to have data role) I think except for these items, this PR is ready for reviewing.
