`ZkClientClusterStateProvider.createFromJsonSupportingLegacyConfigName(...)`
indirectly writes to field `noggit.JSONParser.devNull.buf` outside of
synchronization.
Reporting because another access to the same memory occurs on a background
thread, although this access may not.
