I marked the pertinent classes deprecated, added a note about this in the
upgrade notes, and added this CHANGES.txt entry:
> SOLR-16591: The "Transient Cores" feature is now deprecated. In solr.xml
"\<transientCoreCacheFactory\>"
no longer works; it wasn't documented either. Some internals were changed
as well to simplify
the standard case of having no transient cores. (David Smiley)
Obviously the title & description of the JIRA issue (and this PR) should
change accordingly.
