Come to think of it; I could split this between introducing `org.apache.solr.client.solrj.HttpSolrClient` (just touching a few files), and separately the rename of apache.HttpSolrClient to apache.HttpApacheSolrClient, which will include changing a number of import statements about where HttpSolrClient lives (touches many files).
