I really don't like this idea.
I can kind of get having a default for all SolrConfigs, but what does removing
adminHandlers even mean? Or updateHandlers? Solr relies on this stuff existing.
And honestly having all of this customization just makes everything a lot
harder to reason about without providing very much benefit at all.
If users want to "delete" and api, just use auth and disallow it.
