I'll leave this PR open for a few days to collect any other feedback. I have tried to think about downsides of the styling and cross-linking. But this is all static html/css/js so not much can go wrong. It works both when serving from local disk as well as from a web server (links are relative). Happy to hear why this would break something... Note that this PR also does some editorial changes to text. And it removes the never-updated `SYSTEM_REQUIREMENTS.html` which was plain wrong, and instead points to ref-guide page which is slightly less stale 🤣 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
