Maybe leave this open for a bit to see if there are further comments, but the
site change would actually happen at https://github.com/apache/spark-website
while the message change would happen at https://github.com/apache/spark
I may just authorize myself, on a related note, to merge the contents of the
supplemental projects wiki (beyond the link) to the Powered By wiki.
