That's OK by me. I don't draw much distinction between the two, but that's a
reasonable distinction to keep. Maybe we should rename the wiki to "Third-Party
Projects"? just to acknowledge that some of these things are more than an
add-on package.
Because it touches three separate sites I can do all the changes in one go to
coordinate them.
