No, that's a different idea. Bagel is deprecated and going to be removed; not
GraphX to my knowledge. I'm saying that I have not seen much activity on GraphX
to add improvements or fix things, so I'm not sure there are interested people
to carry forward and maintain significant new additions like a python API.
