## What is the purpose of the change Sub-task of umbrella issue #8994. Removes obsolete deprecated configuration keys (`STORM_METRICS_REPORTERS`, `BLOBSTORE_HDFS_PRINCIPAL`, `BLOBSTORE_HDFS_KEYTAB`) marked for removal since 2.0.0 along with legacy helper `getBlobstoreHDFSPrincipal`, simplifies HDFS login principal/keytab resolution, and decouples dependent fallback logic in Nimbus. ## How was this tested - Built and compiled `storm-client` and `storm-server` with JDK 23 - Passed `ConfigUtilsTest`, `TestConfigValidate`, and `SerializationFactoryTest` (67/67 tests passed) - Passed `NimbusGetTopologyConfTest`, `NimbusGetTopologyPageInfoTest`, and `NimbusClojurePortTest` - Checkstyle passed with 0 violations -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
