## What is the purpose of the change Sub-task of umbrella issue #8994. Classifies surviving `@Deprecated` APIs and utilities in `storm-server` by upgrading plain `@Deprecated` annotations to include explicit `since = "..."` versions and `forRemoval = true` decisions, and documents supported replacements in Javadoc. Covers `SchedulerAssignmentImpl.assign(WorkerSlot, Collection)` (replaced by the overload accepting `WorkerResources`), resource-aware scheduling strategies in `BaseResourceAwareStrategy` (`NodeSortType.GENERIC_RAS` and `DEFAULT_RAS`, replaced by `COMMON`), legacy node sorting methods in `NodeSorter` and `NodeSorterHostProximity`, and 10 testing harness methods in `Testing.java` (replaced by `LocalCluster.Builder`, `Time.SimulatedTime`, and `TrackedTopology`). ## How was this tested - Built and compiled `storm-server` with JDK 23 - Passed `SchedulerModelTest` (4/4 tests passed) - Passed `TestDefaultResourceAwareStrategy` (18/18 tests passed) - Passed `TestNodeSorterHostProximity` (9/9 tests passed) - Passed `TickTupleTest` (1/1 tests passed) - Checkstyle passed with 0 violations -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
