My application runs on
Server version: Apache Tomcat/9.0.26
Server built: Sep 16 2019 15:51:39 UTC
Server number: 9.0.26.0
OS Name: Windows Server 2008 R2
OS Version: 6.1
Architecture: amd64
JVM Version: 8.1.067
JVM Vendor: SAP AG
And before upgrading to struts 2.5, it works fine.
