Hardware: Agfa Snapscan e50 Scanner on USB2 port.
Software: Agfa ScanWise 2.0.0.9 (unchanged from the install which worked with
Open Office 3.2.1).
Method: Insert|Picture|Scan|Request
Result: Error Message (from ScanWise): Some components are missing. Please
reinstall the application with the correct scanner [OK]. When [OK] is clicked
there is a further error message (from ScanWise): The application is unable to
initialize and will close [OK].
Further information: ScanWise continues to work correctly with other Software,
eg Irfanview 4.27, Lotus WordPro Millenium, PDFCreator, and as a stand-alone
working to file or printer.
