I have this issu too. Using an Agfa Snapscan 1212U_2 firmware 1.32 connected from its USB1 in to a USB2. Software is ScanWise 2.0 and the TWAIN-drivers that came with that installation. XP-system. Worked fine in OpenOffice 3.0 but not on 3.3. Doing same things as described earlier.
