(The issue has been shortly discussed in the Writer forum thread specified in
the URL field.)
To have a Title Case in the heading, Heading 1 was set with the Font Effects -
Effects -> Title
After applying this style it is impossible to change the setting of individual
words to lowercase.
This is required because there are some "utility" words that should NOT be
capitalized in Title Case: and, but, if, of ...
