[~airbots], I think we are talking past each other. I believe Hitesh is talking
about History logging through the ATS and not console logging. [~hitesh], Sid
has suggested above that clients are allowed to use ATS at the task level.
bq. ATS, technically, can be used by child tasks as well - so worth mentioning
in the docs as well.
I supposed that they would trigger of of the ATS config setting above to turn
that off. ATS in the AM should be turned off along with blackling in local mode
which we can turn off in the amConfig in the code itself.
