Some suggestions:
- Move the option and parsing to TezExampleBase instead of adding ExampleUtils
- Rename the parameter to "disableSplitGrouping" - similarly for the constant
and description.
Rest looks good. We may be able to simplify this after TEZ-1917 - but lets look
at that as a follow up.
