[~sseth], Update the new patch to address the following 2 issue in the review.
* Move the option and parsing to TezExampleBase instead of adding ExampleUtils
* Rename the parameter to "disableSplitGrouping"
bq. The new unit tests, we should add them to run with local mode instead of
via the MiniCluster.
I plan to add local mode option in TezExampleBase so that we can control to run
it local mode, will do it in TEZ-1917.
