Hitesh Shah commented on TEZ-2091:
----------------------------------
[~lichangleo] Some comments:
On the README, if someone completely new to tez is looking at the doc, it would
be good to provide some context on the nodejs section i.e. the aim of the
section as to what it is meant to be used for.
As for the actual scripts:
- any reason why a json based config is needed? why not a simpler properties
file?
- what is there is no config provided?
- script requires the config to be in the same dir?
- how does one install nodejs? Are the express and jsonconfig libs
automatically available after nodejs is installed?
- How does this impl compare to using
"https://www.npmjs.com/package/http-server" ?
When you run mvn install, are these 2 files now part of the tez-ui war? If yes,
should they be?
