I think this might be a bit too early for worrying about packaging.
[~lichangleo] How about the following ( summarizing some comments from my
earlier ones in addition to [~Sreenath]'s ):
- Move all the webserver code for now to tez-ui/tools/server/ so that it does
not pollute the main war for now. Once we have full robust support for this
standalone server, we can then look at packaging.
- add the package.json as requested by Sreenath
- The bug in the script that does not handle the case where a user specifies
the port but not the UI_dir in the config?
- modify README as needed.
