[~Sreenath] Not sure I understand your comments. Where is the user being asked
to clone the tez repo? The patch seems to say that you need only the war file
and potentially the .js file to invoke starting the nodejs server.
The main goal is for users to be able to run a webserver hosting the UI based
off a particular release.
