Not needed. They all have default implementations that throw
UnsupportedOperationException. So these dont need to be implemented. The
built-in implementations can be used by turning on the on-demand routing flag.
If the flag is off (which would be by default) then these API's would not get
invoked. The current patch has the flag on for testing along with other
profiling code that will be removed finally.
