Thanks [~rajesh.balamohan]. The overall picture is inline with earlier 
observations. The simulation limits most other CPU and memory activity like RPC 
and logging. Hence, these other overheads dont show up in it and provide a sort 
of a worst case/best case scenario for CPU and memory respectively.
Could you please outline how you connected JMC to an AM that is going to start 
randomly on some machine in the cluster?
