Can be added later. I was thinking of the interface of the context being a map;
And ATS exposing the constants which it publishes. Users set the specific
constants. We can look at doing that at a later point, if required.
One thing which may be worth changing is the name of the field 'description'.
This is a free form blob of text - which is interpreted by the submitting app.
