[~bikassaha] - In corner cases, it is possible to get
onVertexManagerEventReceived even before onVertexStarted in
ShuffleVertexManager (e.g Tez-2684). In such scenario, srcInfo isn't fully
populated or could be empty. Should it should update srcInfo only when its
available. Thoughts?
