The naming convention for macros that increment stats by an amount seems to be
{{FOO_SUM_DYN_STAT}}. For example, {{NET_SUM_DYN_STAT}},
{{HOSTDB_SUM_DYN_STAT}}, {{DNS_SUM_DYN_STAT}}. So
{{SSL_INCREMENT_MULTI_DYN_STAT}} should be {{SSL_SUM_DYN_STAT}} to be
consistent.
