I don't think it would be a good idea to move the stat to include the timing
information for an additional round trip that includes the data sent after the
handshake is over. This is not part of the handshake. If you want to
approximate the timing of two round trips you can double the existing stat.
This would be a better approximation of the full handshake time. Browser can
and do make connections and will be idle before sending data. Your numbers
showed that the second round trip was 2.75x as long as the first one.
