[~bcall], thanks for the reply. It might not be able to double the existing
stat to measure full handshake time since a few latest browsers support 'false
start' and don't take 2 RTT. After a few more test and thinking, I realized
that it's hard to measure all different browsers from server perspective,
though the patch works for openssl client tool, it cannot measure abbreviate
handshake time for IE. I might need to look for other ways :)
