I don't know about this. ATS *is* a proxy so I can see the case for OCSP
stapling requests going through the ATS HTTP engine. I'm not sure why you'd
want to configure another layer of proxying, nor why this proxying would only
apply to OSCP and not other HTTP requests ATS can make.
