The old APIs are documented as part of
[https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/api/scheduler/] page. We should add the
deprecation as a note in the release announcement:
Deprecated REST API calls:
* `/ws/v1/queues` replaced with `/ws/v1/partition/\{partitionName}/queues`
* `/ws/v1/apps` replaced with
`/ws/v1/partition/\{partitioName}/queue/\{queueName}/applications`
* `/ws/v1/nodes` replaced with `/ws/v1/partition/\{partitionName}/nodes`
I am opening up the update to the API page.
